1. Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement applies to all services provided by Shubham Packers and Movers, including home shifting, office relocation, vehicle transportation, and warehouse shifting.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A written agreement or email confirmation is required before the commencement of services.
• Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon during the booking process. Full or partial payment may be required upfront, depending on the service. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
• Cancellation: Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Packing and Handling
• Materials: Shubham Packers and Movers use high-quality packing materials to ensure the safety of your belongings.
• Special Items: Customers are required to inform us about fragile, valuable, or special items beforehand for proper packing and handling.
• Responsibility: While we take utmost care in handling your items, Shubham Packers and Movers are not responsible for damage caused due to improper packing by the customer or any pre-existing conditions of the items.

4. Transportation
• Vehicle Safety: Vehicles used for transportation are thoroughly checked and maintained to ensure safe and efficient transport. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle (in case of car/bike transport) is in good running condition for transportation.
• Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, Shubham Packers and Movers are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, road conditions, or force majeure events.

5. Insurance
• Insurance Coverage: Shubham Packers and Movers strongly recommend insurance coverage for high-value or fragile items during transit. We can assist in arranging third-party insurance if required.
• Claims: In case of damage, any claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for any damage caused by an insurance provider's terms or exclusions.

6. Liability
• Accurate Information: The customer must provide accurate information regarding the nature and quantity of the items being transported. Any changes to the inventory must be communicated promptly.
• Accessibility: The customer must ensure that both the origin and destination locations are accessible for vehicles and personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shubham Packers and Movers are not liable for:

• Loss or damage caused due to natural disasters, accidents, or events beyond our control.
• Damage caused to items that were improperly packed by the customer.
• Indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business or revenue.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of the services provided by Shubham Packers and Movers will be subject to local jurisdiction in Aligarh.


9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Shubham Packers and Movers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer prior to the service date.
